Affiliation Letter for GNM Course
Hayat Nursing College, Village–Kharni, P.O.–Sarkardih, P.S.–Govindpur, Dhanbad, has received consent of affiliation and permission from the Jharkhand Nurses Registration Council (JNRC), Ranchi, to conduct the General Nursing and Midwifery (G.N.M.) Programme with an approved annual intake of 60 students for the academic session 2026–27. The academic session is scheduled to commence in October. The institution is committed to maintaining the required physical infrastructure, clinical training facilities, qualified nursing faculty and all academic standards laid down by the Indian Nursing Council, JNRC and the Government of Jharkhand. The G.N.M. programme has an important role in society by preparing skilled and compassionate nurses for hospitals, community health centres, maternity services, emergency care and rural healthcare. No Objection Certificate for GNM Course
Hayat Nursing College, Village–Kharni, P.S.–Govindpur, Dhanbad, operated by Sidhu Kanhu Minority Educational Trust, Jamtara, has received a No Objection Certificate from the Department of Health, Medical Education & Family Welfare, Government of Jharkhand, for starting the General Nursing and Midwifery (G.N.M.) Programme with an annual intake of 60 students from the academic session 2025–26. The programme will be conducted in accordance with the rules, standards and norms prescribed by the Jharkhand Nurses Registration Council and the Indian Nursing Council. The G.N.M. course is important for society because trained nurses are essential for hospitals, community health centres, maternal and child care, emergency services, elderly care and rural healthcare. By preparing skilled, compassionate and professionally competent nursing personnel, the institution aims to reduce the shortage of qualified nurses, improve access to healthcare and create meaningful employment opportunities for young people, especially women locally.
